Why “lesbian*”? Am I missing something? Is this like the advanced level of lesbian?

Oh yeah I forgot to put an explanation for that. One of the people in the relationship doesn’t identify as a woman (I want to say genderqueer but I’m not entirely sure of that though I’m like 95% sure they identify as non-binary) and so doesn’t quite see their relationship as a lesbian relationship.
